Unexpected Hair Loss? You May Be Able to Prevent a Future Episode

Bookmark and Share
Are you experiencing too much unexpected hair loss at the same time?

If you are experiencing some noticeable hair loss, there may be several important factors that are contributing to your hair loss - such as sudden illness or a reaction to drugs that you are currently taking.

If you haven't had an illness recently or if you are not on any prescription drugs - and for the most part you are generally healthy, there may be two other factors to consider:

Stress: Your hair has an excellent memory. When you are stressed out your hair fractures and weakens considerably when its produced. So, for example, if you had a traumatic event, many research now point out that you can have considerable hair loss approximately three months after the incident.

Diet: Americans often have basic vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Why is that? After all, we are the heaviest people on the planet. Well, it's simple, we don't eat enough of the proper non-processed foods that provide nourishment to our organs, including our skin.

What you can do about it:

Don't stress out. Try and get a walk in after dinner or a massage in at least once every two weeks. Don't take work home and try to exercise regularly. There are tons of things you can do to reduce your stress (which is beyond the scope of this article).

Diet: Don't eat so much processed foods including lots of breads and fillers, high calorie, sugary items should be off your list. Also remove heavy fatty foods too. Consider taking a fortifying hair supplement that will allow you to strengthen your hair daily.

Increasing your intake of specific nutrients will help you extend and maximize the life of your hair. It will also prevent unnecessary hair loss due to stress or poor diets.***

Thanks for posting the way you do, I genuinely appreciate seeing someone who actually has a viewpoint and isn?t really just bringing back up crap like nearly all other writers today. Keep it up!
