The Secret of Making a Delicious Coffee

If we drink coffee in the coffee shop, maybe sometimes we wonder why make coffee can be good huh? Of course coffee shop usually make coffee using an espresso machine and coffee beans are good so the results can be optimal. In fact, we can actually make good coffee. By using simple tools, we can make a delicious coffee.

There are some things we have to consider when making coffee:
1. Water quality
2. The temperature of the water used to brew coffee
3. The length of brewing
4. Proper dosage of coffee

1. Water quality
We must consider the quality of water. We can use tap water or mineral water. Most importantly, we use clean water, tasteless and odorless. The presence of minerals will enrich the taste of coffee. Therefore, avoid using distilled water because it contains no minerals and will change the taste of coffee.
2. Water temperature
Most appropriate water temperature for brewing coffee is around 95-98º C. Boiling water temperature is about 100º C. That is, after boiling water, wait about 1-2 minutes before the water is ready to brew coffee.
3. The length of brewing
The length of time that we use to brew coffee will affect the taste of coffee that we make.When brewed, the coffee extract will be mixed with water. The ideal time to brew coffee is about 3-4 minutes. When brewing coffee, we do not need to stir it too long. If we are too old to brew coffee, then we will taste bitter coffee that is not good. It's normally bitter coffee. However, if too long brewing, it would appear that different bitter taste that we do not want. Coffee Stir briefly and let stand for 3-4 minutes before drinking.
4. Proper dosage of coffee
As well as any copies that we have, without using the proper dose, the result will not be good. The right dose for brewed coffee is about 2 teaspoons (Munjung) to 200 ml of water (about 1 cup of mineral water).
